To Whom It May Concern:Unfortunately we did not receive any Emails or Messages into our *** email or via our Facebook from this customerWe as a company strive to have the best customer service we can possibly provide, whether that is replacing damaged items, or sending out items
that may have been missing from a boxIn this case it sounds like our Fulfillment team made a mistake and the customer was missing two of the four items that were shipped outMistakes do happen, and our customer support team are glad to assist in making sure that everyone receives everything that they were supposed toWe state this clearly on our Help Center Page (***).The customer posted a very cruel response on a Moderator's post on our Community (***) site (a place that customer service is not handled) in which the comment was taken down and the comment section was closed from further verbal abuse from that customer.The items he is referring to (art print and pin) are both licensed itemsThe art print is a limited edition (limited to either or depending on which he received) and is hand signed by the artistThe pin is also a limited run (regular being a run of and the variants being a run of per set). We would be more than willing to refund the customer if he does not wish to keep the items and send him a return label for us to get the items he received back to us, or we can send him the items that he was missingIt is all up to what the customer wantsHe can contact us via our Support Email (***) with how he would like to proceed (refund and return the items or receive the items he was missing).
