We have reviewed our records and have discovered the following regarding this situation:
1) We do have an account that had the phone number listed in this complaint as a cell phone contact number
2) Our records for this account show that on
October 1, the phone number in question was removed for our system
Since we had this number in our system, it is possible that we would have tried to reach our customer, however, there should be no reason for the volume of calls that this complaint suggests and after October 1, 2015, there was no reason we would have called that numberWith fraud on the rise, we are concerned that another party is involved using The Bank of Hemet's name attempting to obtain personal or account informationIf another call is received, we would appreciate and ask that you call our Vice President Security Officer, Lavette Skeeters, her direct line is (XXX) XXX-XXXXPlease feel free to contact Lavette at any time if you wish to discuss this further or could provide specific information that would help us determine who is making these callsIf you are able to capture the number the call is coming from, this would be very helpful to us in investigating the matter further
