Review: As a result of the application of mixture of two different color hair dyes and peroxide to the head and scalp for services of a dye job and extensions application, I have experienced severe hair loss, irritation, thinning hair, and now as a result of their negligence with the hair application, I have bald spots that I never had before coming to this hair salon for these services. I paid approximately $870 dollars total to have my hair colored with pieces of hair [extensions] to be applied to my hair line. The product may have not been applied properly or the chemicals within the hair mixture may have a defect, or may be hazardous for use.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the total payment from October 2013 for the dye and extensions service, for the amount of $870.00.
