Hi, I have spoken with Mr***'s Fiance several times and there must have been a miscommunication between them because there was never any dispute as to weather or not they would get a refund, as soon as I got a copy of there contract I made them aware that I would be sending them a refund check I was very busy at the time, as we are currently building another business hrs from this location and I have not been in my office muchIt took me a little while but the couple got there full refund and I apologized for the delayThe fiancé was totally understanding and knew that there was never any dispute as far as them getting a refund, It just took me a little longer than usual to get it to them.? ?
