I purchased a RV carport from Bonafide Storage/The Barn Farm with a RTO contract same as cash deal. Order was processed and paperwork signed on June 11, 2020. The initial down payment was $261.00 with first months rent and another fee due upon delivery. I was told at the time that there was a three week turnaround and the Eagle carport people would call to schedule a delivery. According to my calendar, this meant that this carport would be delivered somewhere around July 2nd, 2020. I called lady at Bonafide Storage/The Barn Farm asking about delivery right after the fourth of July. She was supposed to call company. I had planned on having delivery of carport around the first of July. I was scheduled for surgery on July 10, 2020 and after waiting for over 4 weeks for my carport to be delivered, I emailed lady in office and told her I needed to cancel carport and when could I get a refund. She emailed me back and said that there was a no refund policy and there was a sign in her office that stated this. I never saw sign, I was never told there would be no refunds and contract that I signed had on there no mention of a "no refund" policy. I then sent a message to owner of business Kris G and told her what had happened and could I get a refund. She responded that there were no refunds. I am at a loss because I have lost $261 to these people and I have nothing to show for it. No calls from company or there people. Please help.

On June 11,2020 S *** placed an order for a RV
Carport. On that day *** was informed that delivery times and installations
were backed up due to Covid-19 and it was taking around 6 weeks for
installation. She was in agreeance with that the day that she signed the
contract. On June 25,2020 I received an e-mail from *** checking on the
status of her contract. I then checked with Eagle the manufacturer of the
carports that we at Bonafide Storage sale and they informed me that the order
was approved by the Rent to Own department on June 16,2020 and that it would be
around 2-3 weeks for installation. Making installation around July 16, 2020.
*** emailed again on July2,2020 asking the amount that she would owe the day
of installation and where she stood on installation. I informed her of the
amount that she would owe and told her that I would call and get a status
update on her order. I spoke to her on the telephone on July 2,2020 letting her
know that the order was still not scheduled but once it was she would receive a
call three days in advance letting her know the day and time that it would be
there. On July 5, 2020 *** messaged asking to cancel her order and for a
refund. On July 6, 2020 I informed her that I would gladly cancel the order but
that all sales are final and that there is a sign that states that policy in my
office. I reminded *** that on June
25, 2020 that I informed her it would be 2-3 weeks for installation and that I
would gladly check on her status again or cancel her order it was her choice.
July 6, 2020 *** responded and said that she would get the carport and I
told her that I would check the status once again and let her know where she
stood. She emailed again on July 7,2020 letting me know that she would be having
surgery on July 10, 2020 and that she needed to know when the Carport would be
installed so that her husband would be available. I checked the status of the
Carport on July 7,2020 and let her know that Eagle was currently working on
fitting her in on a truck to install. On July 9,2020 she emailed asking to
cancel the order. On July 10,2020 I let her know that the order was cancelled.
*** asked on July 29,2020 for a copy of her contract and it was sent to her
via email.
