I went to look at the customers home for window washing. We made a date to do  the job. Due to a scheduling problem, I had to move the date up. I sent my men to do the job. They called me and told me the windows had a storm over them that had to be removed. I have never heard of such a window....

I told them to go onto the next job. I will honor the price if the homeowner takes the storms off and puts them back on.
