I am rejecting this response because:  The attendant working at that time did not specify that we would have to move the cars at a specific time.  Only that we could park on the street.  Our complaint has to do with CUSTOMER SERVICE.  No special instructions were given to us as to the parking situation.  Your attendant was not helpful at all regarding the  predicament we found ourselves in: no ramp for a wheel chair and he could not find the keys to the elevator that has access to the sidewalk.  We would not have incurred in this parking violation if he had given us all the necessary information regarding parking, etc.

The Baron Hotel does not have designated parking for our Guests, neither does it advertise that it does. Guests that book the Baron Hotel would be aware of this. As is with all Hotels in our area, where no designated spaces are available, we advise guests who intend to park their cars to find parking on the street, however, to also read the signs conclusively as rules regarding when one can park, and the duration for which one can park, may sometimes differ depending on the street or other factors such as weather or public event. When this guest inquired about parking at the Front desk, she was give this information. The Baron Hotel is not responsible for setting these parking policies, they are marked clearly by the city parking enforcement by way of signage. Therefore, unfortunate as it was that our guest incurred a parking ticket, the Baron Hotel can not be held responsible for that. We hope that this response is received Thank you, Allan K[redacted] GM
