I would like to state that this issue has been addressed with my manager *** at the location so he understands what happened and what he could have done differently to prevent this complaintI want to reassure you that no guests are in
danger at any of our locations when they make a complaint no matter who is working or the severity of the complaint
Our company has many policy's in place to prevent this from happening and we are doing everything in out control to manage this
My manager *** does not have any contact information of the guest non her credit card informationThe information used to process her credit card for the sale is kept with the credit terminal company and no persons in the store have access to thisThis is for the safety of our guests to use their credits cards with confidence that their information is secure 100% of the time
The guest did contact our hotline to resolve this issue and stated that she was happy with her resolve
