Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below To reiterate, we had contracted with David Liberi who owns Trinity Flooring to put down click and lock bamboo flooring on our main floor and upstairs hallway, and carpeting in the upstairs bedrooms We paid 50% down and my wife paid the remaining 50% thinking the job was done in February of We then realized there were a variety of problems We had initially intended to have Dave Liberi redo our stairs as well, but when we began having problems getting him to respond to phone calls and texfar as I know, he does not have an email, we did not feel comfortable with him doing that additional work Between February and June, we had increasing difficulty with contacting Dave Liberi It was only after her received a letter from you that he responded by giving us the name of another flooring person to do the repairs/ fix the problems he had created Dave Liberi ultimately sent me a check for the kitchen cabinet repairs required after her removed the kitchen floor And I contacted the flooring person recommended and on 7/12/he came out and did the repairs Unfortunately he had to put T-molding in a couple of spots to cover areas where the flooring had separated It was not what we wantwanted a smooth floor throughout the main floor without the T-molding that sits above the smooth floor However, it would have meant tearing out the whole job and starting over which we didn’t want either Dave Liberi supplied the materials and paid the flooring person to do the repairsAnd after requested, Dave Liberi finally returned our house key We had utilized Dave Liberi because he had been recommended by a personal friend We are relieved to be done with the project Like I said, the repairs are done, but we have had to settle for the T-molding which we are not happy with, but seemed the better alternative to pulling up the whole floor again I appreciate that we finally got a response from Dave Liberi and got the repairs done We were not happy with the fact that it took the Revdex.com to get a response from him and that the job was not altogether done to our satisfaction One lesson learned is to not pay someone completely until the work is done I would want others to know my experience with this business so they can go into things knowing what they are getting into Thanks Let me know if you need any more info Thanks for your help [redacted] ###-###-#### Home email [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

reiterate, we had contracted with David Liberi who owns Trinity Flooring to put down click and lock bamboo flooring on our main floor and upstairs hallway, and carpeting in the upstairs bedrooms.  We paid 50% down and my wife paid the remaining 50% thinking the job was done in February of 2014.  We then realized there were a variety of problems.  We had initially intended to have Dave Liberi redo our stairs as well, but when we began having problems getting him to respond to phone calls and texts-as far as I know, he does not have an email, we did not feel comfortable with him doing that additional work.  Between February and June, we had increasing difficulty with contacting Dave Liberi.  It was only after her received a letter from you that he responded by giving us the name of another flooring person to do the repairs/ fix the problems he had created.  Dave Liberi ultimately sent me a check for the kitchen cabinet repairs required after her removed the kitchen floor.  And I contacted the flooring person  recommended and on 7/12/14 he came out and did the repairs.  Unfortunately he had to put T-molding in a couple of spots to cover areas where the flooring had separated.  It was not what we wanted-we wanted a smooth floor throughout the main floor without the T-molding that sits above the smooth floor.  However, it would have meant tearing out the whole job and starting over which we didn’t want either.  Dave Liberi supplied the materials and paid the flooring person to do the repairs. And after requested, Dave Liberi finally returned our house key.  We had utilized Dave Liberi because he had been recommended by a personal friend.  We are relieved to be done with the project.  Like I said, the repairs are done, but we have had to settle for the T-molding which we are not happy with, but seemed the better alternative to pulling up the whole floor again.  I appreciate that we finally got a response from Dave Liberi and got the repairs done.  We were not happy with the fact that it took the Revdex.com to get a response from him and that the job was not altogether done to our satisfaction.  One lesson learned is to not pay someone completely until the work is done.  I would want others to know my experience with this business so they can go into things knowing what they are getting into.  Thanks.  Let me know if you need any more info.  Thanks for your help.  [redacted]  ###-###-####.  Home email [redacted]
