Review: Upon completion of work excessive material was left on property. Repeated promises to remove have not been met.
Waterproofing work started on June 4th and continued thru June 9th. Contract stated that debris would be removed. Contractor left clay, brick, rock and concrete piled up beyond original area of work. One downspout was incorrectly placed and property was left a mess. Despite repeated calls and promises that debris would be removed and downspout repaired nothing has been done to this date July 5, 2015. We had to rent machinery to remove debris from our sidewalk so we could safely retrieve mail and exit property. A promise was made that debris would be handled as recently as July 2nd, 3rd and 4th. No one showed up and text messages and phone calls went unanswered.Desired Settlement: Proper removal of excessive debris, clean up of yard and proper installation of the downspout in question
