We have taken the position that we did nothing to compromise the waterproofing system, and that the system itself was not installed or functioning properly. According to [redacted], she hired an engineering company that was recommended to her by her attorney to determine who was at fault - our company or the waterproofing company. After an onsite visit by the engineering firm, which [redacted] referred to as [redacted] stated that [redacted] findings were that we compromised the waterproofing system and she requested the we pay her $1,295 to have the waterproofing company to fix the issue. Before we agreed to pay the amount, we requested a written copy of [redacted] report and a release of liability from her Attorney after payment was made. [redacted] denied both requests. We tried to contact [redacted] Engineering to pay for and obtain a written copy of the report. A search on Google yielded no results for any engineering firm in New Jersey with that name. We remain open to resolving this issue with [redacted]. To do so, we simply need a copy of the report stating that we were at fault and a release from her Attorney stating that after payment is made that we will not be liable for any future water issues. We would appreciate you contacting our office to move forward. Thank you.

Review: I hired this company to remodel my bathroom. Just recently I noticed there was a leak in my laundry room where they hooked up the shower. I had a licensed plumber come in to look at the leak and I was advised that this company used washing machine hoses to hook up my shower which is not only a code violation, but very dangerous. I contacted the company to make them aware of the issue & to have them correct it. They said that they knew it was hooked up incorrectly and if I wanted it done correctly, they could "upgrade" it for me at an additional fee.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund $550, the amount of money I had to pay to hire a licensed plumber to come & correct what they had done.

We did not do any plumbing work from the original water source. This was how it was hooked up prior to our arrival.
