This company is joke! Don't waist your time and money! I order bat on 3/14/19 and was told its in stock and would be shipped within week. I spoke to guy name Nick. Well guess what week later no bat. I never got conformation of receipt of payment till 5 days. He then said alot stuff been going on be shipped asap. Still no tracking #. I have called left several messages and several text. He finally awnsered two days ago and told me hang one sec and then came back said he call me back in 2min. Well guess what another lie. He has lied everytime I have talked to him and never calls back. I had to open PayPal dispute and contact credit card company. Do not buy from this company it will be nightmare trust me!

I ordered a $410.00 bat from BatDoctor.Net and when I did not receive a order confirmation or shipping confirmation, I called several times and finally got an answer and was told he was working on the bat and would mail it out that day and I would get a shipping confirmation, never got one so my Husband called the next day and was told the bat we ordered was out of stock (how after he told me he was working on it gets me) and he would be sending us another one...a better one. We got the "better one" in the mail shortly thereafter and it was the wrong size and wrong weight. We called and they said to send it back with receipt for payment of shipping cost and we would be reimbursed ($40.00 to ship over night). I checked the tracking number and the bat was received by BatDoctor.net on February 15 at 12:00. It is not February 19 and we have not heard anything, no one will answer our calls or emails. I even left several messages and one was "erased" as I was leaving it. I either want the bat we ordered or a full refund or fraud charges will be filed.

I purchased two bats and they were sent out immediately, however when I received the bats one came out of the box rattling like a tool was left in it, I spoke to Nick and he could hear the problem with the bat over the phone and asked me to send it back and he would ship me out a new one and refund me the shipping. I did all this and he still hasnt provided me with a shipping number and the bat was supposed to be a quick turnaround and now he isnt answering my calls and when he does he says he is at a show and will call me back with the tracking info and never does. I want a full refund for both my bats cause I dont believe he provides any type of service on the bats. I will be disputing this with my credit card company ASAP.

Review: I purchased a bat from the bat doctor on 6/2/14. After a week seeing no tracking number for this purchase. I tried to contact them. This took 8 calls and 6 texts and a week later. I finally was able to talk to someone. He said there was a problem getting my bat, we agreed on a new model, and he would send it ASAP. After another week. I tried to contact them numerous times. With the bat doctor not answering one call or text. On 6/25/14 I received the bat. I was not able to use this model. I talked to Steve (the Bat Doctor), and we agreed to swap the bat I received for another model. I sent the bat back on 6/30. They received it on 7/2/14. In the following 10 days I tried contacting them every day by phone or texts. None of my calls or texts were answered. Steve was going out of his way not to speak to me. On 7/17/14 I sent my last text saying I was contacting the Revdex.com. Steve answered this text saying he would send out my bat soon. Now it's two weeks later and nothing. Two months since my original purchase. 25 calls and 15 texts to have 3 answered. Please help me end this nightmare.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for what I payed $395.00. Plus $11.00 for the shipping price of the bat I sent back. Total of $406. In no way do I want any product of this company. With Steve's lack of customer service, and his lying of shipping products, and his avoidance of this problem. Show's me he's is unprofessional and untrustworthy, and that you will not get what your paying for.

I checked into this and he is correct. The bat has not shipped. With the situation at hand, I dropped the ball and will take full responsibility for this and do whatever the customer would like.

Obviously, this is not the norm for our company. We have been in business for many years with no complaints.

I would like a refund of $406.00. $395.00 for the bat plus $11.00 for shipping the bat back to them. If this is done I will agree that this complaint is resolved.

Review: I ordered a softball bat (demarini flipper aftermath) on June 19th, 2014. Today is July 23rd and I've yet to receive my product, I've made numerous calls and texts to this business and they refuse to answer or return my calls. I paid $334.98 for the bat which cleared on June 23rd. I want either the product or my money back.Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered or my money refunded!

Review: I placed an order with The Bat Doc, LLC on June 6th, 2015 in the amount of $384.98.

I spoke to the owner once in the middle of June and he gave excuses regarding a backordered cap as to why I had not received my order.

Since then, the small home based company has failed to return my calls and emails.

I began researching the company online and found many complaints from others with the same story.

It appears that I have been scammed considering this was an online transaction and based on the lack of returned calls and emails.

Review: 2 bats were sent to the bat doc on April 15, 2015 for machining and return to [redacted]. Despite numerous texts and calls to the bat doc, these bats have not been returned. My credit card has been charged $281. but the bats have not been returned. Last word was in May when I was told that their lathe was in need of repair but that it would be up and running again within a week. If the machined bats can't be returned promptly, I would ask for a full credit of $281. to my credit card plus the cost of the new bats of $500. and the bat doc can keep the bats. Total compensation sought for $781.

The Mizuno bat will be shipping this week. to keep from having future complaints of this nature, we are no longer shaving Mizuno bats. (They require end cap replacement and my cap source has become unreliable) Not worth the trouble.Thanks!
