I read his complaint he never offered to have me bring in my scooter he was very nasty and told me to get my battery and get the *** out of here , a true expert as he calls himself would never at like he did,and by all means he could call the people where I got the scooterthere the experts here, since my last time at this experts battery store I bought new batteries from the dealer and the scooter works like it did when it was newI still have the experts wrong batteries that he sold me , we could put his batteries in now and you would see in a flash that his batteries are wrong ,then put the correct ones in and the difference is like night and dayAnd as far as he is willing to help someone out, is a lie .I didn't agree with him so he wanted me out of his store even tho I had proof that he had sold me the wrong batteries A expert would never sell someone something different then what they had like he did .I had 50AH in my scooter and he passed 40AH on to meWhen you go to experts you expect to get the same thing the factory put in it

Cindy called from the business and explained that the credit card had returned the money to the consumer, and would like the consumer to return the  battery.

We have been in business for 37 plus years. We have had very few problems or complaints.
Some people you just cannot deal with. Mr. [redacted] called me a liar and would not listen to
anything I had to say.
As for the language I don't believe I said that, but I cannot be 100% sure. I can't remember to be
honest. I had two other people there at the time he was there. They don't believe I said that
either.
As for the scooter factory the battery that fits in his unit is generally a 38 amp hour battery or a
40 amp hour battery by just about all manufactures. Due to the physical size of the battery you
can only do so much. Size of battery length 7.72 width 6.50 high 7.17 12v40 is 12 volt 40amp
hour. Amp hour = run time as I explained in the first letter. Look it up.
Many places which sell replacement parts such as chain saws, weed trimmers etc. try to sell their
products on the premise that there you should only use their brand. Many people are afraid to
use different brand. They don't make money if you don't buy it from them.
CSB 12400 is a well know OEM brand battery. One of the best in the industry.
If Mr. [redacted] could have the scooter MFG send a letter stating the CSB 12400 battery was
wrong (on their letter signed) that would go a long way.

1 have been in the battery business 37 years. I think.I might be the expert here. We have been
helping people out whenever we can. That is why we have been successful. That is our job.
You get more flies with honey men with vinegar. Ask us for help and we will give you the
/>
utmost attention. If you are nasty and don't let us answer the question or calls us liars we will
ask you to leave.
[redacted] in his own letter explains that he went to one of our competitors. They tested the battery
and it tested OK  Just because you can't start your car, you can't tell the car dealer to replace the
engine under warranty unless the engine is bad.A warranty is a mfg defect.
The best way to handle this problem is for [redacted] to bring his scooter in and try a new set of
batteries in house to see what happens. We never got that far and the offer is now off the table.
His statement of calling the mfg I believe is false. I asked him if I could call the mfg. he
immediately told me NO! The difference between a 40 amp hour battery and 50amp hour
battery is run time.
Example: 40 amp hour battery may run 3 hours
50 amp hour battery may run 3.2 hours
It has nothing to do with power of scooter movement and to the best of my 37 years' experience
there is no true 50amp hour battery available. I believe he got this information from the internet
