*** Park - I spoke to our GM at *** Park, *** *** who I've cc'd to this email, with regards to the maintenance of the cardio machines as well as the locker room experience you've hadBoth of these are being addressedWe are putting together an inventory list of items we'd like replaced at each of the clubs and *** has a list of pieces for ***As for the lockers, opportunity in the locker room has been identified by the *** Park Team and they are currently taking an inventory/maintenance log of the lockers which help maintain functionality of the lockersFeel free to reach out to either *** or myself for anything, we are here to help provide a great experience for you while you are at our clubs
The dues letter - I contacted my marketing office for a copy of the letters that were mailed through US PostalAttached is a PDF copy of what went to printI also wanted to ensure that your name was on the distribution list provided to the distribution center so I contacted my VP of Administration who was responsible for sending the list to the printersIt was confirmed that you were part of that list
Last, I mentioned to you that we are hosting Member Focus Groups at each of our locationsI'm going to have your contact information passed *** to the organizers, including *** who will be presentWe love that our members share the same passion ** do towards the Bay Club Brand and Experience
