Hello, I have taken my daughter into this location a few times and have received nothing but horrible customer serviceHowever, this most recent time on Saturday November 17, I took her in for a simple bang trim I showed the woman helping us exactly where I needed them cutThe woman went upon herself to cut them where she felt like they should be cut minus what I had askedWhen I asked the woman to fix them she laughed and stated "so they can look like they did when you came in" and stated they cannot be fixed due to my daughters hair being to "thin" I will never go back to this establishment again and will never recommendThis place has nothing but rude employees with no sense of customer service or desire to helpI have never experienced such bad customer service
