I am going to begin with this I ALWAYS do my due diligence with background checks on where I am going to be moving into and always read the reviews for the company I am going to sign a lease with; with this company I did the same The reviews I read were HORRIBLE If I remember correctly, one reviewer said that they wouldn't let this company rent a house to their DOG...and boy were they RIGHT! Let me start with a little background of my experience I am a year old very independent woman (at the time) who just moved down from Connecticut and was VERY excited to start my life here in beautiful sunny Florida Myself, my boyfriend and good friend from up North decided to rent a bedroom condo from this company and signed a year lease with FULL intention on living there for two years+The first few months were great with no maintenance issue at all We moved in and our neighbors belongings were in our garage with her own key for the first months after complaining over and over again that we are paying for this garage and its OURS! We let that goAbout months in we noticed the dishwasher stopped working completely, along with some other minor issues that we thought nothing of Being the good person that I am, I contacted maintenance to come look at the problem ...that was a joke..we received nothing but an attitude from the person we were supposed to rely on for help Later on we had much larger issuesfeces coming up into our shower...GALLONSi called the emergency line and I got a very ANNOYED maintenance employee who didn't want to help until I threatened to call the safety departmentthen someone was there within an hourWe had countless mold issues, Central air breaking in degree weather, general contractors showing up and telling us that they aren't completing the job because this company won't pay them..MAINTENANCE DOES NOT EXIST WITH THIS COMPANY So the second year rolls around where it's time to renew the lease Against my will, we decided to ROUGH it out and stay because moving with a busy work schedule wasn't in the picture at the time So then Hurricane *** rolls around We beg this company for hurricane shutters and they told us to FEND FOR OURSELVES ...OH!!! ANDDDD that we are liable for any and ALL damages! Correct me if I'm wrongIsn't that their job? to MAINTAIN the owners property? THEN Hurricane IRMA rolls around AGAIN! They tell us to FEND FOR OURSELVES So...lets go to our GREATLY anticipated MOVE OUT DAY I've never in my LIFE been so excited to get AWAY FROM THIS HORRID COMPANY With the way this company handles issuesall three of were petrified that we weren't going to get our deposit back even though the condo was left in 100% MOready condition for the next tenantsbut these people are SO SHADYwe were still nervous The security deposit was in my name and was sent to my new address When I opened the letter I was IN UTTER SHOCK as they were telling me that they were taking almost $Dollars off of our return!!! I contact the office an go in myself to ask for a TOTAL breakdown to the PENNY of what exactly they are taking off of our deposit *** then YELLED at me in front of the WHOLE office and proceeded to tell me that I was "aggressive" and to "get the *** out of his office and email him with any concerns about the money they were keeping" when I tell you that I was SHOCKED...it took EVERY inch of my being to hold in what I truly wanted to say, but I did and left and emailed him I emailed him threatening legal action against the company (because I knew I would win) and I shortly received an email back saying they were reviewing my security depositAfter all was said and donethey took $off of our total deposit of $ They MADE UP THINGS THAT WERE BROKEN AND LIED TO KEEP OUR MONEY I CAN NOT STRESS TO YOU HOW TERRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS THEY LACK EVERY ETHIC THAT A COMPANY SHOULD HOLDI WOULD NOT RENT A PLACE TO MY GOLD FISH WITH THIS PEOPLESHAME ON THIS COMPANY RENTERS BEEWAREEEEEEE I could not stress this ANYMORE!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would in a heart beat!!!!!

I bought a house that was a flip investment from them, that was the worse experience I ever had! they had open permits, violations and work not done with proper licensesI do not recommend this company, they will rip off a veteran family with kids to make a sell
