Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, but I still have a few concerns.I do know the business is up for sale, if it sells before my friends and I can get there will the new owners honor this agreement?Also, to the business owner's response I need to say this - this was not a cancellation to where a refunded was requested I was upset because the owner was not making herself available to talk to her patrons for any time of conversation about the situation She was going through her employee, which was very difficult for her I was NOT being unkind, but you just cannot, as a business owner, be unwilling to work with your patrons I was coming to her place of business as a referral from someone who loved the place and had always had a great experience She was very disappointed as well as to how it was being handled If she would have just talked to me personally, all this could have been avoided This was a natural disaster which affected all of us, as I was too in the line of the hurricane and affected, but you just can't ignore people and say tough crap when this wasn't a planned or wanted cancellation I'm far from unkind or sympathetic, but I do take offense to being ignored and treated disrespectfully Regards, [redacted]

hello. Regarding this complaint this person was told that we have a no refund policy as stated on our website but that as a courtesy we will upgrade her room for 2 nights to the beachfront room.
