Our company called todayWe have scheduled the appointment to fix their ignitorWe will not be charging them for the service fee or part, and will be paying that out of our pocketThis is to accommodate the longer time, to fulfill the request (but to clarify it was not an not prior paid agreement).Best Regards,M [redacted] from BBQ Butler
Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: It has been days, almost months---M [redacted] ,who answered the phone, repeatedly said I do not know what my boss wants to doAdditionally I even sent a email that I would be forced to file a complaint for their lack of job completion.the manufacturer of the grill which is Weber, and model GenesisThey should not have come out clean, collect for part and left. The grill would probably have to be taken apart to install igniter at this time.! When we initially called my husband said the igniter did not work!!! The was quoted the $For everything I had and have a grill we can not turn onWe were asked for a check, but left no invoice or receipt. My suggestion is they come out and finish the jobWithout added fees Regards, E [redacted] ***

To whomever it may concern,There is no excuse for our negligenceThis has been a poor example of our company's follow through, caused by a once-and-only lack of professionalismI would like to clarify some details, however, to better understand this situation from both sidesFirst, our price of
$includes one service: the thorough cleaning and inspection of your grillIn this case, we provided our service to the best of our abilityOur $250, however, does not include the actual repair and cost of parts in an ignitor fix (as made clear through our company's phone representative and website)This is done for an added charge at a different time, which has not been paid/scheduledIn certain cases, it takes a while to acquire parts for the repair, as with this caseSo while we may have lacked a quick response to this problem, we have not broken any agreement with our customerWe did promise and continue to strive to accomplish our promiseWe apologize for any harm it has caused to the customer. Sorry again,The BBQ Butlers
