I am rejecting this response because: Been more then one incident like thisI was recently told of another incident regarding same bouncer on same nightI was with two large party's and after the issue I witnessed I left with both party'sThen second party returned not know of what recently took place their with the bouncer and was hassled and could hear the bouncer talking to second bouncer about them being gaySo basically be cause of the way they looked and acted and were they were giving a hard time while they were trying to get into the clubI told them to report it hereso expect to be getting a large number of complaints regarding that night mentionedI was with a party of plusI personally would have let this go but because of the second issue that has come to my attentionA talk is no longer enough to stop something like thisTry hiring people that don't discriminate cause they don't like things that are different and have a power complex

In response to the desired settlementThe owner, myself and Head of Security have assessed the situation with the employee addressed and all other security staff about our companies policies and proceduresIt has been re-iterated to them multiple times since my first conversation with the
disgruntled customerIn saying all this the employee is still employed, will not be let go for this since this the first time that anything like this has been brought to our attention and has been warned if further complaints arise he will follow our policies on employees being reprimanded

I personally would have let this go but because of the second issue that has come to my attention. A talk is no longer enough to stop something like this. Try hiring people that don't discriminate cause they don't like things that are different and have a power complex..

Review: Bouncers Changing business policy to apply to who ever they see fit. Discriminating of customer,unappropriated hassle and talk about customers while in front of other customer. Continuing to talk about the customer in a rude and unethical way after the customer has left in front of other customers.Bouncers there has God syndrome,guess they dont feel like real men till they have hassled customers.Desired Settlement: let go of the unethical employee that is hounding customer to help his ego. Changing business policy's to his will when ever he see fit. There is no need to degrade people just cause of personal reasons. Thought this a business not a employes way to feed there power and control issues.

In response to the desired settlement.
