This guest booked and paid for a room with us for three nights in May in which our Inn happened to be 100% bookedThe morning after their first night's stay, they informed the front desk host that their air conditioner was not working properlyUpon receiving this information, the staff member promptly went to the room and confirmed that the air conditioner was not working properlyWithin a matter of minutes, thereafter, a manager was on site and offered to replace it immediately with a brand new unit that he had in the building just in case such a situation were to ariseThe guests declined the offer and chose to leave the InnThe room, as always was clean and tidy and looks nearly identical to the picture on the internetgiven the facts and circumstances which we have delineated above, it is not our intention to issue a refund to this guest.?

Withen minutes of hearing that Ms [redacted] had low heat in her room, we had men onsiteThe guest had already left the propertydespite the fact that we told her to please wait and we would be there in minutesOur staff members found the heat was working fine in her room and both staff members took a temperature reading of degreesWe don't understand the reason for the complaintIf you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us

The manager had talked to the guests in person the day the event took placeThey were not interested in having us install a brand new air conditioner or being moved to another roomThe host on duty never offered any indication of any kind to the guestFurthermore the host remembers the case distinctly and never told the guest they would be getting a refundGiven the facts and circumstances mentioned again, it is not our intention to issue a refund to this guest.
