I booked a package with this company on March 26, 2014. Decided on April 1, 2014 that I no longer needed the package as I was unable to travel on the dates I intended on traveling. I called and sent several emails requesting a refund and finally was able to speak with someone who then told me a Sup would have to call me back to process the cancellation. Of course it only took God knows how long to hear something back. I finally was sent an email on 4/4 stating I would receive a credit. Needless to say this did not happen. Finally I got through and spoke to [redacted] on 10/6 and she said she showed I received the credit and someone would have to call me back to process the credit. Mind you said claimed to be the manager. I told her I will hold the line b/c nobody ever calls me back. After being placed on hold 3 times I was finally told she was trying to process the credit manually but ended up going to another computer. Yes this company is fool of [redacted] and does not know how to provide good customer service.

this company is a scam. they called me 2 months ago with this Orlando offer of 4 nights/ 5 days for $199. charged my card the $199. due to the fact I agreed to the vacation for 12/26/2016 - 12/29/2016. I get a call on 12/20/2016 from this company that I don't have a room. would not book through this company if you gave me $1000 and yearly pass to Disney and universal!!! company needs to have license revoked for ever
