Review: In November of 2014 I placed a online order with thebeardedb.com after a month and a half of not receiving my items I contacted them. I was told they switched owners and nobody knew of my order. I was asked to give my [redacted] account information for a full refund. After not getting that Ive been in contact a few times and given excuses. I was answered a few times but then it stopped and I am out $40.Desired Settlement: I would just like a full refund of $38.99 issued to my [redacted] account.
