Review: On October [redacted] I ordered a Rihanna Statement Choker neclace from The Beautiful & In Demand website. I promptly received an email saying that my order had been shipped to the address that I had provided. No shipping tracking number was provided. My credit card had also been charged.On Nov [redacted] I sent an email to [redacted] requesting a tracking number as I still had not received my package. I sent another message on Nov [redacted]. Finally on the afternoon of Nov [redacted] I got a response and a promise to provide a tracking number within a couple of hours. 24 hours later still no tracking number and I sent another email. I was finally given a USPS tracking number. It had indicated that a shipping label had been purchased but the shipment was not yet given to USPS. It had never been sent. Nov [redacted] the package had still not been delivered to USPS. Another email.Nov [redacted] a package finally arrives. It is the wrong necklace. Totally different than what I had ordered and it was a lower price. I sent another email explaining what had happened and requested a return shipping label as the mix up was not my fault. Today is Nov [redacted] and I have yet to get a response. I want to return the necklace and have the one I ordered sent to me but I shouldn't have to pay for shipping.Desired Settlement: The Beautiful & In Demand should provide me with a return shipping label so that I can return the necklace to them at no cost to me. They should then should send me the correct necklace that I have ordered and paid for. I need this necklace by Dec [redacted].
