No I did not get this in writing. And since I've filed this complaint I'm sure she will not admit to saying it.  I thank you for all your help and will take further action with the Department of Regulated Industries complaint department.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This owner is a liar. I never used profanity in any conversation with her. She told me she would fix the lashes as well as give me a refund. I told her I had no intention of returning to her salon for anything..  The day I went to the dentist I told her I would stop by just to show her what had been done. She was not in the shop and they weren't open yet.  I had to come back home to take care of a terminally ill family member.  I never told this woman I had pink eye and I never said I got it from her shop.  I left the lashes on because a professional told me if the lashes were removed I would loose all my natural lashes. I never threatened her either I told her I was filing a complaint. She offered me the refund so I would not report it.  It's a month or more later and I still have glue all over my eyelids.  I will take this complaint to the next step with the State of Hawaii Regulated Industries Complaint Office.   None of this name calling by the owner changes the fact she has an unqualified employee doing lashes.  Because I didn't want anyone in her business touching me again she feels the need to twist the truth.
Sincerely,

her eyes. She started yelling over the phone harassing us about not letting a qualified technician work on her and yelled "they said you would defend him becausehe is your brother". We explained to her that the tech is not relatedto the owner, and yes he is new but he is indeedcertified and to our professional  judgment was more than qualified to work on clients. However, because she was making a complaint, we offered her to come in 1. to eitherget it removed and redone,or 2. to have it removed for no charge, and to pick up her fullrefund. She cursed over the phone and said she would not let any of us touch her eyes, and that she was going toreport us to the department of health, and the Revdex.com. we  then immediate textedher and apologized about her frustration but we had no responsefrom her.O njuly 29, she texted us "I have conjunctivitis and I demand a refund including my $30 tip that I gave."so we expressed (throughtext) how sorry we were for her pink eye, and informed her thatshe definitely did not get "pink eye"from our salon because we are a very clean facility. howeverwe again, asked her to come when her pink eye goes away  so we can remove the lashes and give her the full refund. she replied "no, mail it to me" and she gave us her address  through the text. followingthat text she added" I didn't say I have pink eye, you did. I want a refund because your employee got glue all over my eye lids and now I have to pay for them to be removed" we then, texted her
