While I feel like this company offers an innovative product their astounding lack of customer service and attention to detail prompt me to urge customers to avoid them. They did credit me $100 for my trouble (1 wk late delivery, incomplete parts, incorrect assembly manual, 2nd incorrect assembly manual, improperly milled product) which I appreciated. In the end they said their improperly built bed was probably safe as built but they would mill me a new piece and ship it if that is what I wanted. I asked that they give me the $ they would have spent doing that and allow me to fix the bed myself. They refused. Not wanting to spend several more weeks getting bad information and incomplete and poorly constructed parts delivered late I opted to cut my losses and fix the bed at my own expense and urge others to avoid this company and the extremely negative experience that I had.
