Review: I purchased furniture from this company and it was delivered with a lot of damages. I told the delivery men to take it back and let them know I want a refund. they refused. No one had gotten back to me for a few days and when they did I spoke with [redacted] the Owner whom was the only one I was told that can help me. He then told me that he will not refund my money and that he would replace what was damaged. I then proceeded telling him please I don't want this furniture it is so ably damaged and at this point I don't trust the quality to replace the furniture. The furniture they gave me looked like it was refurbished in the first place witch tells me that they sent me broken furniture and knew it. I am appalled at how [redacted] handled this whole situation and how rude he was. last we spoke he told me to take the replacement furniture or draw this out and hung up on me abruptly. I feel as if we were robed and now I am left with furniture that I can't use.
