The Bedroom Shop in Newmarket is a great place to shop for all furniture you need for your home We found them when looking for a Queen Mattress We bought not just mattress but a coffee table and a Reclining chair No pushy sales people Great prices, quality, service and delivery I would highly recommend both their locations Newmarket and Mississauga Very satisfied Theresa

I purchased a bedroom set from this store in January and as of today, March 23, 2016, have yet to receive delivery of same I have followed up numerous times and each time was passed off after having to leave a voicemail message due to nobody answering the telephone
I was given a delivery timeframe of to weeks We have now passed weeks and still no furniture When I finally spoke with Susan (who sold me the set) a week ago, she confirmed delivery for March 26, When I spoke with the company today (March 23, 2016) regarding time frame for receipt, I was advised that the items were not being delivered until April 2, 2016! I had previously arranged to have the old furniture removed and will now have to sleep on the floor for days while living out of boxes!
I am thoroughly disgusted with the service and experience My family has previously purchased items from this store and never had this problem What kind of business are they running I have been offered nothing but lame apologies and no further compensation or reduction in price due to the multiple errors and negligence in handling of this matter

*** I ordered a bunk bed since Aug 15, the delivery was delayed timesi was told it would be delivered Dec 3, today, I called to confirm and they do not have my bed and did not even bother to call me to tell me the product is not yet available for delivery Very poor customer service I'm trying to reach out to them and same thing, the shop tell me to call the customer service and I'm not able to reach them I will try again next week to cancel order Terrible mistake going to this shop *** *** *** ***

This is by far the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. The sales people in Mississauga store don't care once you place the order, they will ask you to contact wharehouse only.

Do your research about them before buying anything from them.
The funiture was delayed for months and I had to arrange a temporary furniture from another shop as they were not delivering it on time. They promised to compansate but did not fulfill that either.

The amount of time I have spent talking to them to get my delivery alone cost me more than the cost of the furniture.
