We contacted this company about a mining bee problem we have had the last few years. They came out and sprayed for them way ahead of them showing up and when they did show up they will not honor their guarantee. When I called about the problem of their return their customer service challenged me about if they even did anything at that time and I said you cashed my check. They came over and reviewed and said we do not have them anymore even though we have holes in the ground to prove they are back. They are not responsive and not customer friendly in regards to taking care of the problem through their guarantee of getting rid of them
We were pleased with the re visit as the tech did admit we had some new mining bee nests which he did not see on the original visit and applied product to the affected area. We still were not overly pleased with their customer service challenging us without seeing what we saw. After 7 years I knew what the holes looked like and was upset at their customer service telling us we do not know what we are talking about as to me they are not customer friendly. Good thing their techs are nice people
Our usual wasp issue on a brick home was out of control this year. Buzzing under soffits and generally a nuisance. After spending over $100 on spray (every kind imaginable) and getting stung twice, we called the bee guy. I got a "will not exceed" quote and hired him.
Professional, courteous, and best of all.... THE MUD DOBBER WASPS ARE GONE! Came in on the low side of the quote.
Only regret.....Wish I would have hired them one month earlier so as not to have wasted time and money spraying Black Flag, etc.
Highest recommendation.
