removal would have been drastically more from other companies because we had to cut into the roof$250 I think is what I remember you paid me it was well over two years ago. The bees decided to move out of the box that you purchased after advising you that they very well could. You asked me to bring you some bees again and I did I knocked and knocked on your door and I called and called and called and no answer. Several months later I brought you these again still again no answer I went well above and beyond to try to help you get an established time that you wanted. I went out of my way several times and talk to you on the phone at length answering all of your questions about how to keep bees and everything that was required. I was at your place 3 times trying to give a swarm to. In the end the bees did come back to the Box and at that time you had an established time I don't know what more you wanted from me. As I stated before I went well above and beyond what we had agreed upon initially but yet I still brought you two more swarms for free. I relocated your hive for you as you wanted from the roof I brought back swarms twice for you to no avail. Patrick I did everything I could to make you happy I'm sorry you didn't have success keeping your bees but that's not my fault.

My helper and I removed a beehive from inside the attic and relocated it in a box that he had. That is what he hired us to do at a substantially reduced price, about half the normal cost. I do care about our customers and strive to keep them satisfied. I have done everything and more that Patrick has asked of me, I have lowered the cost by a long ways that he asked for and did the service we were hired to do. So the job he paid us to do for him, he is not disputing. He wants me to bring him more bees for free and that was not part of the job he hired us to do. I truly care about our customers but after all I have done for Patrick I just don't understand how he justifies a refund. If he wants to buy a new starter beehive from me that would be fine, I have been more that fair and have gone the extra mile with Patrick. I really feel that Patrick is trying to take advantage of me and get something for free. I do give a 3 month guarantee it states it on the invoice. This is way far beyond 3 months.  At this point he has already received a more than half discounted priced for cutting the roof open, removing the beehive and relocating it in his bee box. I wouldn't mind giving Patrick 50% back if he had paid the normal price to hopefully make him happy but as it is I have no room to work with at such a bottom dollar price. Call around for prices, this is absolutely unheard of to give this kind of service at such a low price. Its a specialty service that we do offer, I wish Patrick was happy with our work witch in the end turned out to be a successful live beehive relocation. I'm sorry we cannot come to an reasonable and happy solution on this, I had to pay for my Employee's wages, Workman's comp insurance, Liability insurance, my time and specialty skills. I'm sorry but We cannot work for free. If he has been wronged in anyway shape or form I would be happy to have a judge have the last say in a small claims court on this.

your message.  Regarding your question about an invoice, Kevin did
not provide me with an
invoice.  As I mentioned in my complaint, Kevin swiped my
credit card and rushed off to
his next appointment.  He used a device that was attached to his cell phone to swipe
my Bank of America card and charge me $250.  Neither the device nor Kevin
provided me with an invoice or paper receipt.  Please note, however,
 that Kevin stated in his
response that he charged me $250, so the amount he charged me is not in
dispute.    In
addition, I checked my Bank of America records and am attaching the
statement for April of 2015 as the
pdf file "[redacted]" for my bank account in which Kevin's $250 charge was
made.  If you open the pdf file and scroll down to page 4 and look at the charges
for 04/01/15, you'll find a checkcard charge for $250 by "PP*BEEHIVE LLC
MESA AZ.  That was Kevin's charge, which you could perhaps consider an invoice or
record of the transaction.  Also, just above Kevin's charge, please note the charge
by Crockett Honey Co., Inc, Tempe, AZ for $242.25.  That was the charge for the
bee equipment that Kevin told me to buy.   Regarding
your request for warranty information from Kevin's business (The BeehiveLLC), please note that
Kevin's business's website contains multiple references to warranty information.

guarantee."   And if you

 "All work guaranteed."     Thus, I
think it's fair to say in response to your inquiry that Kevin has stated
publicly in several places that
all his work is guaranteed and warranted.  Kevin has also statedpublicly on his website
that he is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.  He also claims to
offer "Great Customer Service."   
 Unfortunately, Kevin has not lived up to his claims in my case.  He
did a poor and sloppy job to start
with, and he has not honored his guarantee of 100% customer satisfaction.
 He has failed to refund
my money or replace the lost bee colony.  Kevin has repeatedly put me
off for two years when I've asked him to keep his word.  This
is terrible customer
service, not "great customer service" as he claims.   Thanks

to do the right thing

Wow, super impressed with your fast response and friendly customer service! Kevin was so calm about the whole ordeal and it was over in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend The Beehive Bee and Wasp Removal should you ever find yourself in a swarming circumstance.

We contacted TheBeeHive to have a swarm of bees removed that was in the alcove of our home. The technician that came out, his name was Russ, was timely, extremely courteous and explained everything in detail. Great service that I would highly recommend.

I noticed on a Saturday morning that my beautiful Wisteria bush was swarming with hundreds and hundreds of bees. The bees were staying contained on the bush and not bothering anybody, so I wanted a solution that was not going to kill them. The Beehive was the listing I chose; I called around dusk that evening to describe the problem... Kevin came out within the HOUR! Kevin was able to spray the bush with some sort of deterrent while the bees were gone. With a 3 month guarantee, the bees are gone! Prompt, courteous, effective service... that didn't kill the bees. I am a happy customer and would refer anyone with bee or wasp problems to call Kevin!

We were very pleased with the service from the BeeHive. Called this morning to let them know we had a honey bee hive to be removed and that we wanted the bees saved if possible. Kevin arrived at the house within two hours and safely removed most of the hive and bees to be relocated at his father's commercial farm. He sprayed the area to remove the few bees that escaped. We were relieved that most of the bees will be relocated and able to continue their work.

I want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for all of your help today in helping me resolve my bee issue in San Tan Valley. You showed great understanding, integrity, and professionalism throughout the experience. After dealing with a less than reputable company, you were quick to help me rectify my problem. We discovered a huge swarm on the eve of our house and called Beehive LLC, they responded within one hour and did a great job of removing and cleaning up the remains. Unfortunately the hive was too large to take live but Chris was very professional and prompt and did a great job. We would highly recommend Beehive LLC to anyone with a similar problem. [redacted]

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of [redacted] and The Beehive LLC. We called him about a swarm of bees in our tree on a Monday night, and he was there the next morning, very prompt. He was gracious and professional, and the bees were all removed in about five minutes. He gave us his card, and said just to contact him if there were any more bees. They are all gone now.

I recently used "The Beehive" to remove a swarm of bees that had taken up residence in my wall. I called them in the early afternoon and they sent a technician out within 3 hours.[redacted] showed up exactly when they said she would and quickly resolved our issue. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She shared lots of information about bees in general and what she was doing. Cost was reasonable. She left the worksite clean and in perfect condition. Recommend these guys to everyone. They are prompt and professional.

I recently (3/2015) had a HUGE colony of bees and beehive up in the 2nd story eves of my Gilbert home. I found THE BEEHIVE LLC on the web, saw the positive reviews and decided to call. Kevin Hodgson answered and I told him that I needed a bee and hive removal ASAP. He asked a few questions and gave me a quote (which was quite reasonable) and he offered a guarantee as well. Then Kevin said that he could be at my home within 20 minutes to take care of the problem. Kevin showed up 20 minutes later and quickly removed the bees and hive. Kevin was professional, courteous and a pleasure to talk with. I will definitely call Kevin at THE BEEHIVE LLC again if needed and I will be referring him and his company to my family and friends. [redacted] is a super nice man. He came out with in 30 min. to remove a beehive in our sprinkler system control box and was fast, effective, polite . I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a beehive removed. He's honest and very nice.

Kevin and TheBeehive LLC team did a great job with excellent/quick service at my home on Thursday night, April 21st. He removed and relocated a large swarm of bees that had attached to our lemon tree in the middle of our backyard. I've had an on going difficult to solve bee problem for some time. I call the Beehive yesterday, and within a hour one of their team was at my door. His name was Russ, and he was very friendly an accommodating. He captured what bees were possible to save, and he eradicated the bees he was unable to reach. I really couldn't be more pleased with Russ' service, and I would score him a 10[redacted]
