I paid $to transfer my pet's chip registration from the breeder to myselfI also paid $for a stainless steel ID tag that would be used if the dog was lost or stolenDon't know what I got for the 19.99,, but I do know that I got nothing for the The phone # listed does not get them, but some employee hotlineIf you try to contact them via their website, you get a mssgthat the site is under construction and any email would be unlikely to be rec'd So, net/net, you can not contact them in any wayAll they do is cash the checks, charge charge cards, or PayPal This company should be reported to Consumer affairs in FlaAfter reading similar complaints to Revdex.com in ***, I notice that they do nothing to help the consumer except post all the complaints against this company
