The Belmont Motel

Review: Was planning a vacation for my family. FOUND THIS place on the [redacted] site. I called the motel directly to ask a couple of questions about beach chaos and umbrellas. They told me they did not provide them and told me [redacted] does not offer the beach passes so I decided to deal directly with them. I asked so you have any Rooms with kitchens since I would like to save money on food. He told me I needed an efficiency apartment. I told him I wanted 4 days July 6-92015. He quoted me a price of $623 I gave him my credit card info. I went back on the websight an seen the true price is $109 a night. My second call was 27 minutes later. I asked him to explain the pricing and what the websight said. He said it was a good deal. I told him it was unfair he then told me that I could not have that room because it was for workers only. I asked what else he had he said that he has a nice room with a view my next question was does it have a stove and fridge he said no but he was giving me a great deal. I only wanted a room with a stove and fridge. By this time his voice and raised and he was very irritated. I told him to please cancel since he was not giving me what I wanted and needed. I checked my credit card on Sunday 28th they charged me $623 and then refunded me $573 keeping $50 .I called for a third time to explain they need to refund it all. He told me to [redacted] and I will get no more. Then he told me to get it from my credit card company. I don't want this happening to anyone else. Review: The hotel was disgusting with an odor that noone should have to sleep in.. there was mold in the Bathroom and the owner was extremely RUDE. I traveled with 3 young children, I told him I did not like the Room and I wanted my money back he would not give me anything back and the way he spoke to me was unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone to stay there there was a pest control company outside prob spraying for Bed bugs. absolutley a disgrace!Desired Settlement: 155.00 back because I did not sleep in the hotel
