To Whom It May Concern, [redacted] chose to stay days longer than her lease end dateThis caused her to roll over to month to monthShe was charged the flat rate water prior to her lease expirationSo when she received her final billing she was confused by the water charges because she was prorated at the mtm rate for the velocity billing water as well as her flat rateI edited her ledger to remove the velocity charges as she would only be responsible for the flat rate prorated amountWhen she received her FAS the charges were back on her accountThis was due to the charges automatically generating at move outThis should have been edited Unfortunately, when Ms [redacted] came into the office to follow up, she spoke with my assistant and not myselfSo there was a lapse n communication She is actually due a $refund, which was mailed on 11/25/ Attached is a copy of the corrected FAS

She was charged the flat rate water prior to her lease expiration. So when she received her final billing she was confused by the water charges because she was prorated at the mtm rate for the velocity billing water as well as her flat rate. I edited her ledger to remove the velocity charges as she would only be responsible for the flat rate prorated amount.
When she received her FAS the charges were back on her account. This was due to the charges automatically generating at move out. This should  have been edited.   Unfortunately, when Ms. [redacted] came into the office to follow up, she spoke with my assistant and not myself. So there was a lapse n communication.   She is actually due a $94 refund, which was mailed on 11/25/2015.  Attached is a copy of the corrected FAS.
