No I have not received a check from to bespoken mogul If Fred had issued a check to me I would not have filed a complaint Also before filing the complaint I call Fred and left him a voicemail saying I would like to resolve the issueI feel if he did send a check like he said then you should have reached out to me and told me that he sent one already

I am rejecting this response because:The CEO of the business called me Friday to say it was mailed last Friday, when I asked for the tracking the CEO ignored all messages until the tracking number was produced Tuesday afternoonIf you look at the screen shots, or just go enter the tracking information into FedEx, you will see that it is STILL not in the mail and it will certainly NOT be here by Thursday.This business had the ability to remove money from my card electronically in seconds and it cleared the bank in a day, yet now it has been over days and they are attempting to say there is a check in an envelope in the mailThose are old 1980's tactics, if the CEO would have just sent pictures of the check itself I could have submitted the payment electronically through my phone.I am rejecting this for reasons:- There was no proof of an actual check- The item has not shipped and therefore cannot possibly arrive on the date promised.Thank you, [redacted]

Good morning I have attached, yet a 3rd check to Mr*** It is a certified check so we have every record of the others I have also attached the record showing that we actually paid the rep that processed his order in October Which was wrong We remade his shirt We no longer had his initial fabric in stock, but a shirt was remade for him And we processed the refund. I reviewed the comments they both left in Facebook and she advised she will give him funds In which she was already paid on his transaction So his words may be his facts, but is grossly misappropriatedThe funds have now left my account times to pay him I have always refunded a client appropriately. As seen in the attached pictures an refund was issued October 27th bust never was posted into my accountI contacted a employee who informed me that all the refunds were canceled for a reason not known to her and that she was “working
on it”I never told anyone I had recived the refund only that I had recived an email from squreI have attempted to contact the business repeatedly and they ignore all attempts

I have sent several replies this clients money has been refunded. Chase pay has delivered the check. Thank you The Bespoken Mogul Fred G[redacted]

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our records reflect a check went out to the customer on Monday, the Fedex tracking number is [redacted]. He should receive it Thursday.

I have received a check from Fred.  Fred claims he sent a check multiply times but I am only aware of the one check.  There has not been any correspondence from Fred to myself previous to my complaint letting me be aware of any other check that he states he sent.  The sales associate to which Fred is letting you know about, (one of his pictures he included) to which she states that she will pay me was only because of attempts by myself and her were not successful.  She did not pay me. Fred also mentions that the he no longer had the original material that I ordered for my shirt.  I hope it is not normal business practice for him to make material calls without consulting the client on the material as to which he did do with myself.  If you don't have the material anymore he should let the client be aware before making another custom order.  So, I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. We refunded the customer and he told us he got the refund.
