I bought a groupon for a facial at this spa in January I scheduled my first appt about a month out because that is all that was availabledays before my appt I received a confirmation reminderThe following day I received an automated text to cancel my apptI went ahead and rescheduled online about another month out againI finally went it today at am for my scheduled apptAs I was waiting for her to arrive I received another automated text message about cancelling today's apptThis is extremely frustrating that I have tried to redeem my groupon here but have not been able to

I just read the three negative reviews on the Revdex.com about The Best Little Spa and I had the exact experience with my Groupon - two cancellations via emailI didn't see the first cancellation email for my first appointmentI only saw it after I showed up for my appointment and saw that they were closedI rescheduled my appointment again Before my second appointment, I checked my email prior and saw that they had cancelled again! I am pretty sure this company is scamming people so be aware!

Unreliable is the best word to describe this business

The Best (they spell "Worst" funny...) Little Shop is an hour drive from my mom. They cancelled her appointment at the last minute. They didn't even CALL her to cancel the appointment... they emailed her at the last minute. Who checks their email constantly?

I'm not stupid. I know they canceled her appointment because it was a discounted appointment through Groupon and another full price client tried to book so they bumped my mom.

Not only that, but they told her they couldn't reschedule her for TWO MONTHS.

Absolutely insane. I will be spreading the word about this spa. I will be leaving reviews anywhere I can as well.
