I see there is an “Ad” attached to your email, but this ad is not on the best of usa site! Also, we have never seen this ad before and there are improper verbage used that we did not approve. We want our money back from this vendor*** Office Manager

Ms. [redacted] was already given a FULL refund through her credit card, which proof can be provided if necessary. We NEVER said we were affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce, we are The Best of USA, and in no way affiliated with any government entitiy or chamber and we never imply that. We did design...
an ad for her, and it was listed in our Best Businesses directory and Best Insurance Agents directory, but has obviously been taken down.
So we 100% dispute any accusation that we acted like we were the Chamber of Commerce and have subsequently refunded her $199 through her credit card. The second email she said she received for a $99 offer , was a totally different product we offer.
