Review: I want to file a complaint against this company. They ensure if you are not satisfied with the program that you can get a refund. That means you have personal access to our team and private access to our Safe Space community of lovely, like-minded women. It is my personal guarantee that you will feel supported, valued and connected to us and to the other women in the program.Guarantee #3: Transformative ImpactIf after watching our reading our emails, watching the Daily Dose videos, and completing your Self-Reflection Guides, you still feel that the Best of You 28 Day Challenge has not had a transformative impact on your life, simply contact me and let me know within 30 days. I will offer to buy back the program for you at full price, or you can let me know how else my team and I can better serve you."I e-mailed them three times requesting a refund and I only got a response the first time. This is the response I received, "Hello,Thank you for your message. I am happy to assist you with your request, but for quality control purposes, do you mind if I ask the reason for your request? We value all feedback in an effort to improve our programs and experience for our community.I look forward to hearing from you soon.Kindly,[redacted]. I told her the reason I wanted a refund and I never heard back from her. I e-mailed them again the next day and still didn't get a response. There is no phone number to call.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money refunded of $28. I think this website seems like a scam and I want others to know about it. There is no support you will get and more than likely you will not hear back form them if you e-mail. This program is a waste of money. If they were as good as they claim to be then they wouldn't have such a big problem giving a refund.
