Date: Thu, Feb 15, at 3:PMSubject: answer to [redacted] ***HelloI am so sorry for the delayHere is the reason why my customer didn't get the check of $200.00we sent the check for times and it was returned because our customer didn't have the mail box under his nameafter a few days that [redacted] didn't get the check he spoke with our sales man and [redacted] told him a few words that it wasn't righthe told something like he know people and he will come over to our office to get the money our sales person got scare to that words and we decide to cancelthe checkthe check of $was a help because we was trying to help him but based on his calls we decide to take another way and follow up the term and conditionsof the contract that was signed at the pick up datewe didn't brake up the contract our trailer didn't have enough space to park close to his placeour driver told him that for the long carry he has to pay some additional fee but he didn't want to pay it after that issue [redacted] called us to claim$because he didn't have his items delivered at his property but unfortunatelybased on the bill of landing we can not refund that amountterms of the bill of landing for deliverys1st steps are free other wise customer will have an additional fee for long carry1st flight of stairs are free otherwise customer will have an additional fee for every additional flight of stairs.please let me know if you need a copy of the bill of landing signed by aron pence at the pick up dateThank you
