Excessive markup on parts and did not proved a workmanship warranty or guaranty on work performed. In addition they returned my vehicle with no fuel. After doing research on the parts used for the repair I discovered that they marked up the parts 200% over retail. Also when I picked up the car they was no fuel I understand that they had to take the vehicle on a road after the repair was completed but they should have returned my vehicle with the same fuel level. They basically laughed it off. Now I did ask for a little discount on the price but they wouldn't since I know they wore making a huge profit on my job. Jumping ahead after I picked up the car I notice the vehicle leaked some oil on the floor of my garage. I have never had any issues with oil leaking from my vehicle. So I returned the vehicle to Best Transmission they did a quick inspection and they informed me that it could a rear main seal leaking I was totally shocked that after I asked for discount on the car and before I picked it up I have another issue which could cost me thousands of dollars. Now I would not be suspicious but it seemed to me a bit of coincidence. I will give Best Transmission an opportunity to return a portion of the job or fix the leak they caused or I will personal make sure thorough multimedia everyone knows how they truly do business. I am also going to register a compliant with my AG office under the 93A consumer protection statues.Desired SettlementFix the oil leak or refund a portion of the job. Business' Initial Response Customer was well aware of the price to repair his transmission weeks before we actually repaired it. Best Transmissions cleared his trouble code multiple times weeks prior to actually fixing it so the customer could continue driving it it normal shift mode at No Charge. Its not the first time a customer dropped a car off with no gas, actually its quite common. But since our test drive is no more than 1 mile its never a problem. As for the engine oil leak that wasnt there prior to repairing the trans, I would question how many miles on this vehicle? And did we cause rust too? How about the horn and wipers, could we cause them to fail from taking the pan off the trans? I have the best proposition ever, bring the car back, we will take our new parts out and give a full refund
