Review: Owner failed to refund on a Willier TC Bike that customer never received.
On February 13, 2012 customer engaged a purchase for a Willier TC Bike w/Ultegra, Small special order bike from The Bicycle Cafe and made deposits to TBC through 5/22/12 in the amount of $2800. TBC never ordered the bike requested and owner was attempting to sale another type bike to customer that was never agreed to. Customer requested a refund and owner made a few payments back to customer in the amounts of $890.00 from 9/19/12 to 5/22/13. A remaining balance is due the customer in the amount of $1910.00. The owner is refusing to refund any further amounts saying he is having problems with IRS and was going to close the business. We would like resolve to this situation!
Thank you!Desired Settlement: We are seeking a full refund in the amount that is owed the customer of $1910.00. The owner has made accusations that the customer was harassing him, when actually the customer was just trying to get agreement to further refund owed. Owner did send a check to customer once in the amount of $500.00 that bounced and the bank charged the client a $25.00 overdraft fee. The total amount seeking is $1935.00 with the overdraft fee.

We have been trying to be in contact with this customer. He will not provide his address to mail a check to. He will not provide a phone number. Every time we talk to him it is a different number. He doesn't speak good English and we've asked him to have someone talk to us because he doesn't understand what we are saying, and we can't understand what he is saying. We received a threaten text message and filed a police report.
We have been trying to communicate with him, but we can't communicate with him due to the fact that everything changes from day to day: his address and phone number.
