I am rejecting this response because: the front two gave out immediately I still havethe rear and they are about bald the tires are next to the expiration date and that the reason for the tead wear

My name is Jennifer E[redacted], and I am co-representative for The Big B Tire store. I have reviewed this with my staff and I would like to clarify the situation. Mr. [redacted] came to our store on February 4th 2017 and purchased 4 used 215/45/17 tires with 40% tread for a total cost of $225.00. He returned to the store just over a week later asking for a free replacement of the two front tires. My salesman looked at the two tires and could clearly see that the tread had been burned off, most likely from racing and/or misuse of his car and tires. Mr. [redacted] was unhappy with our decision and returned on a week day, the following week, to discuss this issue with our manager. Both our manager and the other co-representative, Jamie, discussed this with Mr. [redacted] and determined the same conclusion that our salesman had, as stated above. Mr. [redacted] was again unhappy with this decision and the tone turned aggressive and threatening. He then left and made a formal complaint with the Revdex.com. We have been in business since 1983. We stand by our tires and offer a 2-week repair/replacement warranty on every used tire we sell. If we had sold Mr. [redacted] a faulty tire, we would gladly repair or replace it. However, for the tread on both tires to be equally worn down so rapidly and evenly, this raises a large red flag for us, and we do not feel we should take on the liability in this case. Thank you, Jennifer E[redacted]

Mr. [redacted] did purchase 4 used tires that had 90 % tread on them. He did return a week later and Mr. [redacted] stated the tire were bad. The rubber fell off. The salesman tired to explain to him that the tire had been burnt off the tire, not fallen off. Mr. [redacted]'s came back the next day and talked...

to Randy. Randy is the manager. Again he was told that the tires on the front of his car had been burnt off. The two rear tires were 90% tread. The tires on the front of his Toyota had been burnt off. They were melted and flaky looking. He threaten the employee's and left.
