Very good work, as quoted and in a timely mannerAfter the roof was completed, I've waited until several rains have come and we've had plenty of time to check it all out before posting a reviewWe find no flaws and are very pleasedI got quotes before selecting a contractorThis was not my lowest quote, but I appreciated his input and professionalism, and my research on the company gave me confidence in themMy experience is that they are a good choice
Poor quality
Southern Roofing came to my home on 5/25/to install new flashing over my bay windows They were paid $for their work However, upon inspection of the work it was not done satisfactorily The metal flashing was not angled correctly or cut to the appropriate length, leaving a large gap at the bottom of the roofing and the metal where it goes downward Also, screws were put into my brick which left the metal bulging out at the top creating pockets for water Caulk was also sloppily gobbed on at the top of the metal which I had expressly stated during their initial estimate that I did not want I have placed several calls to the business to let them know that I was not satisfied and left messages with Evan Denham and my calls have not been returned

This company gave me a very good estimate for a new metal roof, then put it on promptly and professionally, for exactly the price I was quoted!
