This is a very simple case to resolve.....ALL SALES ARE FINAL According to the Minnesota State Law we are 100% within our legal rights and compliancePlease note we have a 8' X 10" framed and posted sign (times larger than required by law and our sales receipt reflect the the policy as well[redacted] On 7/22/Ms [redacted] came into our shop not once but twice and on the second time announced she loved the table and chairs and had to have itShe bought it AND a vintage jar leaving the shop and we were told she would be back later that day to pick up the set with her Husbands work truckLater that day she called back to inform us she would instead be back on Sunday to pick it up [redacted] On Sunday 7/24/Ms [redacted] called and informed us that she no longer wanted the table and chairsThere was an upset Man yelling in the back ground as she was told all sales are final she got very upset and claimed she was unaware of this and claimed we did not have it posted and that she was not given her sales receipt until after her card was ranYES just like every other retailer in America [redacted] As you will see by the following pages Ms [redacted] wants it and then doesn't it....wants the top to have an additional coat of poly which I had the Seller do....tells us she has it sold then admits to the Anoka police department she does not have it sold but wants it herselfWe have a both written & verbal threat if what she is going to do to us and our family businessWe have agreed to meet them after hours in the evening for pick up so her Husband doesnt have to take off early from work (our business hours are 10-daily)Ms [redacted] contacted the Anoka police department who in turn contacted us and advised us to NOT allow them to pick up the merchandise without having the Police there and to also make sure she calls with us and the Police as witnesses to cancel the credit card disputeThey advised Ms [redacted] that they would press charges if she took the table and continued with the disputeWe waited hours on the agreed day and time for Ms [redacted] to show up with the Police and take the furniture (she chose the day & time) only to have no one show up [redacted] In years of business we have NEVER had a problem like thisMs [redacted] has bullied, threatened and caused us hours of extra work and stressYes the easy thing to do would have been to break our company policy and refunded her but because of how she has handled this I refuse [redacted] I can supply you with much more information (texts to the Seller) but hope you will see how she changes her reason for a refund using...Husband, pick up time, the top of the table being too rough, money hardship and many othersThe bottom line is we have done nothing wrong and certainly nothing illegal!Please help us resolve this matter so that the table and chairs can be picked up and we can move on.Respectfully yours, Deborah [redacted] The BIG White House
