I made a puchase of an item from their online store which was listed as in stock and paid for 7-day shippingAfter that period of time, I contacted them times and every time I was given the run aroundIt has now been almost a full month and my item has not even shipped yetI'm extremely displeased with this business and the service it has offered me

On November 11, I ordered a pillow from The Big Zoo It was not stated that this particular item was a special orderIn black type it says "allow up to weeks to process the order"Further down in red print it states " special order item usually ships in 1-weeks"I assumed I was safe for Christmas, as there was no statement that this item was a specialty itemWRONG!!!! To note, my payment posted on my card on November 11thGenerally payments don't post until the item is shippedAgain, hopeful for ChristmasWRONG AGAIN!! On November 28th I contacted them as I had not received shipping confirmationReceived a reply stating ALL pillows are special order taking weeks and I could expect item to ship in two weeks, along with an apology Fast forward to December 20th with another apology and item was expected to arrive and ship that week and they would expedite shippingAfter waiting another days, contacted them againThey responded with an apology telling me they would look into the orderOn January 3, received a shipping confirmationOn January 6, the item arrivedThe item is very nice, but can't believe it took weeks to completeNothing in stock? Not a great way to run a company, and they sure didn't hesitate to bank my payment!! Will never purchase from them again!

We are terribly sorry for the delay. We received your order, but did not have enough of the fennec fox in stock to fill your order. We have tried repeatedly to get more in stock, but the manufacturer is out as well. Since it could take quite a while for the manufacturer to get more, we are refunding...

your order in order to close this complaint.
Please know this is not a typical occurrence. The VAST majority of the orders we receive ship the next day.

Contacted Josh to do a small job on short notice. He was cooperative and worked with me to meet my schedule and gave me a reasonable price. His partner showed up on time, did a professional job and left no mess. I would not hesitate to use him again. It is good to see a person use their name on their business. Use him you will not be disappointed.

address. She acknowledges receipt of the item to the address that matches her address on file with her credit card. She, like all customers, is entitled to a refund per our Return Policy clearly stated at [redacted]
  However, she does not want to pay return shipping, so she is filing a complaint. If this was a fraudulent charge, we would simply issue a full refund. However, this is not a case of fraud, since the address was verified by [redacted] and we shipped to that address. A thief would ship to a different address.  We tried repeatedly to verify that the charge was made to a credit card in her possession, but she was uncooperative, refusing to provide the information needed. We have been in very frequent communication with this customer, and have thoroughly investigated the order to look for evidence of fraud. I am very satisfied with the service from Pest-Away Exterminators for my termite and pest control. They are always polite and efficient. I appreciate that they call me ahead of time to let me know when they will be coming and are always early or on time for the morning appointment. Getting an early morning appointment allows me to free up the rest of my day. Chad was here this morning and was polite and professional.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
The credit card NAME used did not match what I have LISTED  on the card in question.  The address was NOT spelled correctly.  When I order ANYTHING, I spell out [redacted].  Our street address is an unusual spelling.  The package did reach our address.  On the order they GOT FROM SOMEONE else was the WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS & when I emailed that address it came back undelivered.  The PHONE NUMBER listed was NOT MINE.    Since getting our May credit card bill.  Someone charged over $5000.00 onto our card last month.  The order to BIGzoo was the last thing charged.  It was a fraud.

After that period of time, I contacted them 3 times and every time I was given the run around. It has now been almost a full month and my item has not even shipped yet. I'm extremely displeased with this business and the service it has offered me.
