After purchasing tickets on a black friday sale, & have read the refund policy stating I could refund if neededthey refuse,& will not call me back purchased tickets on 11/9/called for refund the week of 11/was told that they would not refund, spoke to JasmineI asked to speak to manager, was hung up onCalled the following days, given direct number to jasmine, and left message for managers, no one will take my call nor return when message leftI have screen shot the terms and conditions provided my miami seaqurium at the time of purchase (same terms I was to agree to in order to purchase tickets) and it clearly states that I am eligable for a refundthey written policy doe not match the verbal conversation had with Jasmine

Me and my family have annual passes *** the seaquarium, we drove minutes to take our kids there today Friday June XX XXXX, they were super excitedWhen we arrived, We only had one annual pass, I didn't have the other two with me We went to customer service, the lady said we had to buy passes, then she sent us to another window where they would look us up in the system, the girls name is Janice, I can't believe the poor customer service she had, she just said we were not In the system and we had to pay for our tickets, and they would give us a discountWhy do I need to pay for tickets that I already paid? Deceptive price disparity between website and in person
On 5/my family contemplated visiting during the week and I went to the website for price informationI viewed the site on a phone and the various ticket packages listedI was lead to believe that a pack could be purchased online or in person for $On 5/when we actually ended up going I was informed at the ticket counter that those prices are online only and have to be purchased hours in advanceI pulled up my phone to Alaina and showed her what my eyes had seen and they then corrected themselves that once you select buy now you are shown all the restrictions with etc etcI explained that is deceptive advertising because to a person looking only for information they would reasonably be lead to believe that those prices are it with no qualifiersThat information should be front and center on the primary ticket page for people looking for information only or with the intent to buy online

Accidental Online ticket purchase and immediately requested to cancel the transaction as it was a purchase never intended (browser/technical issue)
