Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The Black Onyx Group, LLC (dba Reggae Runnerz) is providing information, as well as making accusations that are not correct I am appalled that this business would go to the lengths to lie, change the facts and make accusations instead of providing the refund that is due because of their wrong doingBusinesses usually try to resolve issues and maintain their reputation, however, the Black Onyx Group seems to be pushing the matter to a libel suit, in addition to this refund requestPlease see the attached communication since the date of this horrible service and experience:1) A partial refund cause the business knew that they were wrong.2) A follow up letter requesting the refund.3) Another letter requesting the remaining funds paidAlthough my concern is to obtain my refund, I would hate for another customer to use The Black Onyx Group and have their vacation ruined, be mistreated and disrespected From speaking with multiple people it appears that my experience with the Black Onyx Group is not an isolated onePlease review the attach documents and let me know if you need a narrative [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
