I personally spoke with *** and we have worked out this issueWe both believe that the said gift certificate was stolen and used and it was never received by himIt was a sad course of events but ultimately the fault of neither him nor I He has been refunded

As we stated to the credit card company, the gift certificate was purchased and redeemed the same day The computer system does not lie We did receive one call regarding this matter, which we returned the message and never heard anything againUnoftirnatly we do not have the purchaers
name or information so we have no way of contacting them to resolve this issueWe can only dispute these accusations because, like I said, it was purchased and redeemed on the same dayThe credit card company did side with us and they have not contacted us a second time regarding this matterWe are a small locally owned company and believe that this is a well known scam in our industry If the purchaser would like to contact us directly, we would love to discuss it further

I am rejecting this response because it is not accurate and not fraudalent.   Ask to see the signature of the receipt for December 9 when it was used.   This will determine it is not fraud and not my use.
