Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by The Blaze.com LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] .After informing The Blaze that I was filing a complaint with the better Revdex.com I received the same generic email telling me to call them I called and again was not able to get through When I emailed stating that I was not able to get through once again to an operator and again reminded them that the Revdex.com complaint has been filed I never heard from them I was going to have to go to my bank as I was still unable to cancel my membership Finally by fluke luck I was looking around the website and found an option to cancel my membership This despite being told over and over again by these fools there was no option to cancel online I spent hours and hours emailing and calling just to try to cancel my membership and they were so incompetent they made it nearly impossible.I have not heard from them since They have not acknowledged they received the complaint and obviously don't care.Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: I was attempting to re-subscribe to the Blaze Tv. It asked if I would like to proceed with same payment card as I had previously used. I clicked accept and was brought to my receipt page which indicated I would be charged 99.95 for a yearly subscription. No where prior was I given the length of contract nor the amount I would be charged. I phoned them immediately and was told that they would cancel my subscription and I would receive a refund. My cancellation occurred but still no refund 3 weeks later. I have phoned them on 3 separate occasions and was told that they would refund the money and have received 2 emails stating the refund was denied.Desired Settlement: Refund me my money! So that I may continue enjoying there service for the monthly charge that I agreed to.

Review: After cancelling my longtime subscription to TheBlaze.com I was enticed back by a promise of "all new" programming and a $1 first month to try it out. Cancel easy anytime, etc.

I have been trying to cancel for weeks. Emails are returned with generic responses to email other departments. Then I am told I have to call to cancel which never works as I am put on hold indefinitely. While on hold I am encouraged to email them. After numerous tries I still have not been able to get to a person to cancel.

They are making it impossible to cancel.

I warned them I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and inform my bank of their fraud and stop any charges but they do not seem to care.Desired Settlement: I want them to cancel my subscription.

I want them to be forced to tell the truth when signing up.

I want everyone to know what sm they are.

If they go out of business that would be great.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us regarding your inability to update to the latest version of TheBlaze iOS app. Unfortunately, as we work to develop the best app for delivery of live and on-demand video, news and alerts, some older versions of iOS (iOS 5.x or older) are not supported due to limitations with the older software and devices.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and would like to offer you one additional month of TheBlaze TV subscription for free, added to the end of your current subscription period. You can still access all of our TheBlaze TV programming on your desktop or laptop, [redacted], or iOS 6.x+ devices, and we want to give you some additional time to experience those other platforms.

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions or feedback.

In other words they changed their service after I paid my money. I have not been able to get a new iPad to suit their new service requirements.

I have had many emails and phone calls implying that I would get my money back and then denying it. In other words a runaround.

They changed their service, it doe not work. They need to send me my money back.

They did offer me one month extra service on a service that doesn’t work

My wife has an iPad 1 and used to watch [redacted] as often as possible. Since yoou changed your software it will not show on her iPad. Cant spend the money for a new one.

I requested a refund until such time as she can buy a new one.

I have had conversations with [redacted] and a young man

Young Man (can’t remember name) “We tried to put it back on your paypal and your American Express and they wouldn’t let me. I checked with Paypal and they say no such request was made.

I then get an e-mail that my request for refund has been denied.

This is a loot of double-talk

Sounds like [redacted] I would ask you to personally authorize a refund of 99.95

Review: I used to live in the US and had an account for this website to view the live programming. Now that I live in the UK and wanted to see the shows again, I decided to resubscribe to the site since they were running a promotion for $1 for the first month. So I pay and then loose my password, they were unable to help me since I had a different email account when I signed up before and they were only able to find the proper email account literally the day after my auto billing started (after the 30 period). Prior to this, I had asked them to cancel my account, since I had not been able to watch the shows since they were not able to get me the password within the 30 day period which I had paid for. They then go on to tell me that I CANNOT cancel via email and that I need to ring them. I then explained to them that I am in the UK and cannot call an 800 number in the US as my call plan does not allow it. They billed me yet again (2 months total now) and I contacted them again requesting a cancel and they refused again. I am not going to pay £2.23 a min to call the US just to cancel something as I don't have an international call plan. So I had to cancel my debit card since they refused to stop the unauthorized billing.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the 2 months they billed me even though I asked them to cancel my account. Clearly if you give access to people in other countries, making them call the US to cancel seems a bit cheeky to me, it isnt some account of major importance like banking where you need to have me live on the phone to cancel.

Review: They made glowing promises about their [redacted]Email product when enticing subscribers to purchase an annual subscription to theblazetv. I have made several requests to their email tech support group only to find they either ignore fixing serious problems or place me in a continuous circular loop; ie, before they answer, they make you click a link that asks for a new logon which does not use the same id and password for theblaze. The product needs to be improved for instance one can grab a column line and drag it right or left to use less or more space, which is good; but the critical part is they don't allow the same feature to reduce horizontal info which is hugely made up of their [redacted]splash both above and below the tiny space for our email info and this really makes it impossible to read the emails without a slow scroll both vertically and horizontally. Basically they are not responsive after they got their money. I have been repeatedly asking for this over a few months and I can tell their original interest was they needed a big influx of money at that time but don't intend to provide a workable product.Desired Settlement: Use the same logon for support as they do when we login to [redacted]. Then fix the above problems so that we can drag area for more space on labtops or allow a double click on the email text as Outlook does so we can read it in a full screen.

Review: I was shocked when I saw on my previous MasterCard statement that I was charged by the company for an item I did not even order. Notified MasterCard on this issue.Desired Settlement: Refund me the amount I paid for right away.
