Park City Bike Demos never intends to sell a bike with any issues. In this specific case, a few items on the bike needed attention once it arrived to the customer. PCBD management did everything we could to make the situation right including refunding this customer over $500 to cover cost of ALL...

repairs needed. We paid for every repair that needed to be fixed on the bike and offered to pay for any further work that needed to be done. Proof of the refund along with a quote from the shop that performed the repairs can be provided if needed.
