I did not harass anyone; nor leave inappropriate phone messages.My request request is quite clear and is at the recommendation of *** Bank I repeat that I am requesting The Blind Brothers to return via mail the legal copy of check #218; which will avoid any future attempts on their part to cash a deposit for which the order had been cancelled

The customer ordered blinds from me on a Friday afternoon. The order was placed with the manufacturer that day. The customer's check was deposited that day along with the weekly business deposits. As the following Monday was a holiday, upon opening the business Tuesday we noticed two letters...

dropped in our mail slot as well as no fewer than four voicemail messages from the customer wanting to cancel their order and being frustrated that we weren't working that weekend. When I called the customer to find out what was going on she was very combative and rude. I informed her that I will check with the manufacturer to see if it was already in production or if we could cancel the order. During the conversation the call was dropped. When I called her back she said that she hung up on me. I told her that I would contact the manufacturer and get back to her. Shortly after, she called again stating that she put a stop payment on her check and was going to contact the Attorney General's office and the Revdex.com. I informed her that we were able to cancel the order. The next day she called wanting her check. I informed her that I was not in possession of the check and that the bank has it. She then came into my office harassing my employees. When she called again the next day leaving a rambling, hostile message I called her back and informed her that if she insisted on constantly harassing my staff that I would be forced to file a restraining order against her. I don't have any work under contract with this person. I can't imagine what her expectations of us would be at this time.

I do not have the check. Since there was a stop payment on the check it should have been returned by the bank. I suggest contacting the account holder's bank to get the check back if it has not been returned. The contract was cancelled. I have no more business with this person.

We met Jesse at the Home and Garden Show in Prescott Valley in May 2016. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the various types of blinds. He came to our home in Dewey, Arizona and was very professional. We picked the blinds we wanted and paid more than half the cost of the blinds we wanted. Jesse said the blinds would be installed within 2 to 3 weeks.

This is now the 4th week and we have not received ANY calls in regards to our order. I have called the office twice and have not received satisfactory information from the woman handling the calls. At this point, I would not do business again with this company. If the blinds are installed this week, I will happily re-evaluate the service we received. Not knowing the progress of where the blinds are and the time frame for installation is the major problem. It is good to sell, but keeping customers in the loop regarding the status of the purchase is also important.

I am a repeat customer of this company. I also refer any of my friends needing window coverings to them. None of us have ever been disappointed. The knowledge of their products is exceptional, and they provide professional advice in making the correct choice for one's home.

My recent installation on May 16, 2016, was again a pleasant experience. Randy, the young man doing the work, was careful to clean up after the installation. He wore paper booties to keep my floors clean, He was expert in his work and cordial.

What else can I say? Nobody else will ever cover any of my windows!!!
