In response to your recent letter We received your first letter, and which time we had already met with the customer regarding her complaint On October 28th I had a solution which was exactly what she requested and left a message with her Also left a message 10/and 11/ When we met again a satisfactory resolution was agreed upon and they ordered additional shutters To my knowledge they are quite pleased with our solution and happy customers ***The Blind Gallery
